Absolutely. We assess fabric type (silk, velvet, wool, synthetic) before each cleaning and use pH-balanced, chemical-specific treatment tailored to your upholstery. We have zero damage claims on delicate fabrics.
Big franchises use high-moisture "splash and dash" methods that leave sticky residue and wet carpets for 24–48 hours. We use advanced low-moisture extraction and pH neutralization — carpets dry in hours, no sticky residue, and no mold risk. Plus, Paulo and Digiorgia personally oversee every job.
Stains won't reappear if they were fully extracted — that's our guarantee. We recommend our optional fabric protection treatment, which creates a protective barrier on carpet fibers and reduces future stain adhesion.
We treat each stain type differently. Red wine requires oxidation reversal, blood needs protein-break enzymatic treatment, and pet urine requires subcutaneous extraction. Most set-in stains are removable — we assess during the quote. If unremovable, we're upfront about it.
