The Site is provided for the purpose of informing you about Velvo’s carpet and upholstery cleaning services and enabling you to request quotes or contact us. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party’s use.

Services and Quotes

Information provided on the Site about pricing, scheduling, and services is for general informational purposes. Exact pricing is provided directly by Velvo after reviewing the specifics of your request. Submission of a quote form does not constitute a binding contract until Velvo confirms the appointment in writing or by phone.

Velvo reserves the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, the Velvo wordmark, the Marca de Toque symbol, the Barefoot Clean Protocol™ name, and the veLvo typographic treatment — is the exclusive property of Velvo LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written consent from Velvo LLC. The veLvo wordmark and Marca de Toque symbol are proprietary SVG assets and may not be used in any context without written authorization.

User-Submitted Content

If you submit feedback, reviews, or other content to us via the Site or any connected platform, you grant Velvo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services and marketing. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velvo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Service Guarantee

Velvo offers a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee on cleaning services: if you are not satisfied with the results within 24 hours of service completion, we will return to re-clean the area at no charge or refund the service fee. This guarantee applies to the specific cleaning service performed and does not extend to pre-existing damage, carpet replacement, or results communicated as uncertain during pre-inspection.

The Site may contain links to external websites not operated by Velvo. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We strongly recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of York County, South Carolina.
