Paulo and Digiorgia are a Brazilian couple who arrived in the US in 2023 and founded Velvo in September 2024. The first job — a five-year-uncleaned apartment in Fort Mill — came out looking new. That's how Velvo started.

Every job since has been worked by one or both of them. Two kids — Benjamim and Manuela. No subcontractors. No franchise overhead. The person on the phone is the person doing the job.

We price per room, not by square footage. Most jobs fall between $80–$180 per room. We give you an exact price before we start — no surprise charges. Text us your floor plan and we'll quote same-day.
6–10 hours for carpet, depending on fiber and traffic. We use pile-set grooming and air movers to accelerate drying. Upholstery typically dries in 4–8 hours.
Yes. Our solutions are enzymatic, non-toxic, and pH-neutral after drying. We use pet-specific treatment on pet areas. Safe to walk on once dry.
In most cases, yes. We use UV detection to find all stain locations (including sub-floor penetration), then enzyme treatment with extended dwell time. We tell you upfront if a stain is beyond restoration — before we start.
24-hour satisfaction guarantee — no fine print. If you're not happy, we return and re-clean the affected areas at no charge. We've never had to issue a refund, but the guarantee stands.
